This notice covers the Canless early-access waitlist only. It is not our full Privacy Policy — that will be published before Canless launches on the App Store, and will cover the app itself.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Your answers to the optional waitlist questions (whether you've paid for a quit app or program before, and your age range).
• Where you came from (for example, TikTok or Instagram), from the link you used to get here.

Why we collect it

To send you updates about Canless early access, and to understand who's interested so we can build a better app.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who else sees it

Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (data storage) process this data on our behalf, under our instructions. Your data is stored in the EU.

How long we keep it

Until Canless launches, plus 12 months — or sooner if you ask us to delete it. If you don't confirm your email, we delete your signup automatically after a short period.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, from any email we send you.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies before you submit the form, and the waitlist form itself does not use cookies.
