Does Canless work for ZYN?
Yes. Canless works with ZYN and any other nicotine pouch brand, such as Velo or On!, and with snus. You set your brand and strength once, and Canless counts pouches and nicotine for you.
Can I quit gradually with Canless?
Yes. You can cut down step by step toward a quit date, or quit on a date you choose. On a cut-down plan every day has a clear limit, and you can change the plan any time in Settings. How tapering works.
Does Canless work on Android?
Not yet. Canless is an iPhone app and needs iOS 18.0 or later. An Android version will come later.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start without one, and your data stays on your iPhone. An optional account (Sign in with Apple, Google or email) backs up your data so you can restore it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Canless never sells your data, never uses it for ads and never tracks you across other apps or websites. Without an account your logs stay on your iPhone. With an account they are stored on servers in the EU, and you can delete your account and all your data in the app. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
What if I slip?
Log it and keep going. Your plan keeps going too, with no guilt and no reset of your whole progress.
What does Canless do when a craving hits?
Open Craving mode. It gives you a 5-minute timer and guided breathing, with three rhythms to choose from (extended exhale, box and 4-7-8), and you can add time if you need it. You can open it from the app, the widget or the app icon. More ways to handle cravings.
Will Canless really help me quit?
No app can promise that you will quit. Canless gives you structure: a plan with a clear daily limit, a record of every pouch, and something to do when a craving hits. If you want more support, talk to a healthcare professional or, in the US, call 1-800-QUIT-NOW.
How is money kept counted?
From the price you set in Settings and the number of pouches you would have used on your starting habit. It is an estimate based on what you told Canless.
Is Canless medical advice?
No. Canless is a self-help tool, not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Talk to a healthcare professional about quitting nicotine.
Who is Canless for?
Adults 18 and older who use nicotine pouches or snus and want to quit or cut down. You must be 18 or older to use Canless.
Is Canless made by a nicotine company?
No. Canless is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any nicotine pouch, snus or tobacco brand.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or in Canless go to Settings and tap Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Is Canless available now?
Not yet. Canless is in testing and will be on the App Store for iPhone soon. See the download page.
